Kimberly P. Fohr, Real Estate Paralegal/Department Supervisor for the law firm of Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. and Vice President of 1st Trust Title, Inc. has been in the business since 1982 and joined the firm in 1987. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and is a license title agent with the State of Florida. She has handled thousands of Closings, from large commercial projects to individual residential purchases. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and enjoying the outdoors.

Barbara A. Cook is an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the law firm of Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. She joined the firm in 1997 as Receptionist/Assistant to Neal R. Kalis and worked her way up to her current positions, executive assistant/Office Manger and part time employment with 1st Trust Title, Inc. She has an Associate of Science degree from Bay Path Jr. College in Longmeadow, MA and a Paralegal Certification from Barry College in Miami, FL. Barbara has extensive legal assistant and client relationship experience, having worked in the legal field over 25 years.




PatPatricia K. Caphton - Paralegal/Firm Administrator
Patricia K. Caphton is a Paralegal/Firm Administrator for the law offices of Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. She joined the firm in 1988 and is assigned to our Central Florida Office in Ocala, Florida. Caphton was born Sanford, Florida and has an AS Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is an active member of Ocala Chamber of Commerce, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors.
