She has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and is a license title agent with the State of Florida. Barbara Cook - Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Barbara A. Cook is an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the law firm of Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. She joined the firm in 1997 as Receptionist/Assistant to Neal R. Kalis and worked her way up to her current positions, executive assistant/Office Manger and part time employment with 1st Trust Title, Inc. She has an Associate of Science degree from Bay Path Jr. College in Longmeadow, MA and a Paralegal Certification from Barry College in Miami, FL. Barbara has extensive legal assistant and client relationship experience, having worked in the legal field over 25 years.

Patricia K. Caphton - Paralegal/Firm Administrator
Patricia K. Caphton is a Paralegal/Firm Administrator for the law offices of Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. She joined the firm in 1988 and is assigned to our Central Florida Office in Ocala, Florida. Caphton was born Sanford, Florida and has an AS Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is an active member of Ocala Chamber of Commerce, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors.

Rosemary Jones - Legal Secretary
Rosemary Jones is a Legal Secretary for the law firm Kalis & Kleiman, P.A. and joined the firm in 2005. She has worked as a Collection/Foreclosure Paralegal for 15 years at her previous law firm. Her knowledge of Foreclosures is an asset to her department. She has worked in the Real Estate Department for the last three and half years, handling Real Estate transactions. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
