Bill J. Brice, Esq., is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he attended the United States Naval Academy Prep School, and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University. After obtaining an MBA from Eastern University, he spent eight years as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he built his book of business, transferred to Florida, and ascended to become the Assistant Branch Manager of the Delray Beach office.
Prior to Joining Kalis, Kleiman & Wolfe, P.A., Bill conducted over 50 mediations while serving as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Certified Mediator. This experience led to him to the decision to attend law school at St. Thomas University, where he earned his JD, and was admitted to the Florida Bar.
Bill has a wealth of business and legal experience upon which to draw upon to advocate from a more wholistic perspective. In addition to his legal experience in the areas of collection, personal injury, foreclosure, and general litigation, he has held the financial Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, 65, become a Smith Barney Financial Planning Specialist (FPS), as well as held licenses as a Mortgage Broker, and Licensed Life/Annuity Insurance Producer. He has also been certified as a tax preparer on the personal as well as corporate level and completed Mediation Training.
