Neal Kalis has practiced in South Florida since 1974; gaining prominence throughout the region, making a name for himself through public service, business and property ownership within the area, and, by providing sound counsel and representation to many of the area’s most prominent businesses, individuals and land owners.
M. Scott Kleiman has practiced law in South Florida since 1986. He has represented business concerns in both the large firm and small firm environment, focusing on both the litigation and transactional aspects of real property and commercial law. From 1995-2004, Scott served as a Cooper City Commissioner.
Olga Ruiz Baken has practiced law in South Florida since 1992. She represents individuals, corporations and financial institutions and provides counseling in litigation, contractual, corporate, real estate and family law matters.
